About Us
Growing Community
- Little Stoke Garden Society has been in place for many years, for local residents to take advantage of the excellent value for goods in our shop, and to take part in various events through the year.
- The aim of the Society is to
- Promote the good cultivation of gardens and allotments
- A combined purchase of horticultural supplies
- To look after the day to day running of the allotments in Bush Avenue on behalf of the Stoke Gifford Parish Council.
- There is a committee of volunteers who organise events, and liaise with the Parish Council regarding the running of the allotments.
- Every year we have an Open Day at the beginning of June, where you are welcome to come and have a look at the allotments, and take advantage of our plant sales. We also have a cake stall, crafts, tea and coffee, and a raffle.
- We also have an Annual Show in September, open to all, with classes for fruit and vegetables; cakes; homemade wine; jams and pickles; photography; handicrafts; with sections for children too.

Good for Everyone
- Ours is a friendly site, where everyone is welcome. If you are new to gardening there is always someone to offer advice and lend a helping hand.
- Our onsite shop is open Sunday mornings from the beginning of February through to end of June, and then open again through September, 10.00 - 12.00.
- Any member of Little Stoke Garden Society is welcome to come and purchase garden supplies at competitive prices.

There is a waiting list for plots, if you are interested, please contact via the email section or come along to our shop any Sunday morning 10.00 - 12.00, start of February - end of August.
